We got to visit with Uncle John the other night and it was great! It was raining (as it has been for the past few days) and we drove into the city to go to a nice restaurant. Evelyn was on her best behavior and handled dinner very well. Here she is in her rain jacket and then with Daddy and Uncle John outside the restaurant, Scoozi. The following pictures are of Evelyn at East Rock Park, one of many large parks with hiking trails in New Haven. It was finally sunny today (although the wind was cold) and we got to get out. It looks like no one else was there, but there were many other children who just didn't seem to get in any of the pictures! In the last picture, Evelyn is proudly sitting at the top of a slide she went down all by herself several times. We're growing up!
